What Desert-Design Did
Desert-Design worked on the commercial kitchen at Leoness Cellars, helping plan the foodservice environment and equipment relationships needed to support a full-service restaurant within a working winery and hospitality destination.
The kitchen had to function as part of a larger guest experience while still meeting the practical demands of preparation, cooking, service and daily restaurant operations. Designing an additional outdoor bar after the fact.

What Desert-Design Did
Desert-Design rethought the existing clubhouse kitchen to create a more efficient circular workflow, relocating the walk-in cooler and freezer into a newly developed area and opening up the kitchen for better movement between key work zones.
During the redesign, Desert-Design also identified an opportunity beyond the kitchen itself: a new Cart Shop positioned at the golf cart start, giving the club an additional revenue stream by offering golfers convenient hot food, cold drinks and grab-and-go items before heading onto the course.
